UTILIZANDO A TEORIA ATOR-REDE NA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO: UM MAPEAMENTO BIBLIOMÉTRICO

Resumo

Este artigo tem por objetivo realizar um mapeamento bibliométrico dos últimos 25 anos de estudos relativos ao uso da Teoria Ator-Rede (TAR) no campo da implementação de Sistemas de Informação (SI). Proposta originalmente por Callon (1986) e Latour (1987), a TAR passou a ser utilizada por apresentar uma abordagem mais completa acerca dos elementos inerentes a um SI de forma diferente das abordagens técnicas e determinísticas. O trabalho consiste na verificação dos principais aspectos e temas discutido nas principais publicações acerca desses temas a partir da década de 1990. Lançou-se mão da base de pesquisa Web of Science para o mapeamento a partir da aplicação dos softwares Citnet Explorer e VOS Viewer. Como resultado, foi possível identificar as principais redes de citações e coocorrências de termos, indicando o caminho da evolução teórica dos temas em tela. Por fim, são sugeridas visualizações da cronologia das pesquisas publicadas, além da proposta de agrupamentos de trabalhos por temas de maior coocorrência

Patrick Reinecke Alverga, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte

Graduado em Engenharia de Computação pela Universidade Potiguar (2002). Mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela UFRN (2009). Doutorando em Administração no PPGA-UFRN. Professor do Centro Universitário do RN (UNI-RN) e Chefe da Divisão de Suporte do Tribunal de Justiça do RN - TJRN.
