Usabilidade da Experiência do Usuário no M-Commerce: Uma Revisão Sistemática e Proposta de Agenda de Pesquisa

Technology advancements over time has spurred the use of mobile commerce, increasing the importance of better user experience to ensure results. The objective of this study is to investigate existing studies on usability in user experience (UX) in commerce through mobile devices (m-commerce), identifying the main directions related to the field in order to propose new perspectives for research in the subject. This study presents a systematic review considering the articles published on the topics of user experience, usability and m-commerce in the Periódicos CAPES database, from 2010 to 2020. By analyzing 23 studies, it offers insights to researchers on the topic from of proposing a research agenda. The results indicate that studies are under development and highlights previous research with the survey method and focusing on user experience in m-banking. The research agenda suggests different methodological approaches such as machine learning and experimental research. Also, opportunities are identified for studies involving UX in the scope of services, such as tourism, F&B and education.
